The Acquia Cloud Elite Subscription includes Premium Remote Administration which means Acquia will oversee all patches, bug fixes, and security updates on behalf of UCANX. Subscription includes 24x7 Support Coverage worldwide; 30 Minute "Critical" Support Response Time for application issues and 1 Hour "High" Priority Support Response Time. Subscription includes 16 Advisory Hours for discussions around further extending the capabilities of the UCANX platform.
Probably the most critical aspect of the platform is the Named Technical Account Manager. TAM's are Drupal experts with many years of experience building out digital solutions on Drupal and Acquia, and will be quarterbacking the build, development, and deployment of the platform in unison with MyPlanet. TAM's consistently advise on best practices and act as your enterprise guide to Acquia and Drupal. Think of a TAM as an extension of the core UCANX team itself.
The Acquia Cloud hardware stack includes a dedicated, highly available environment. This is complete with dedicated load balancers, PCI/PII/HIPAA Compliance, and monitoring/insight tools. The hardware stack also comes complete with a highly-available storage and disaster recovery system for your Drupal assets, including highly available file storage for resiliency, snapshots, monitoring and alerts.
Acquia Cloud Edge Protect provides Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Fast DNS services for the specified number of production domains hosted by Acquia. This will ensure UCANX is immune to any and all attacks levied against it and remains up and performant when under duress.
Acquia Lift is our personalization tool designed to collect data points from both known and anonymous users hitting the UCANX site, such as time of day, device, items viewed, etc. It then collects that data in a central repository and allows UCANX the ability to gain actionable business insight and increase conversions and lead generation. Unlike other personalization solutions, Lift combines customer data and ready-to-use, relevant content across all of an organization’s marketing tools to better serve customers, foster loyalty and reach business goals.
