Terms governing access to icearth.com and use of its component information and RFQ features.

Website purpose

Icearth provides product-reference information and an RFQ channel for electronic component sourcing enquiries. The website is not an online store and does not display binding inventory, price or delivery commitments.

RFQs and quotations

Submitting an RFQ does not create a purchase contract. Any availability, price, lead time, inspection scope, payment term or delivery term must be confirmed separately in writing. A transaction is subject to the applicable quotation, order confirmation and agreed commercial terms.

Technical information

We aim to use reliable sources, but website information may be incomplete, outdated or affected by manufacturer changes. Always review the current manufacturer datasheet and exact orderable code. Product information does not constitute engineering advice or guarantee suitability, authenticity or compatibility for a particular application.

Alternative components

Any alternative or related part number is a review candidate only. Package, pinout, voltage, function, timing, firmware, qualification and regulatory requirements must be independently checked and approved.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service. RFQ information you submit must be lawful and reasonably accurate.

Intellectual property and third-party links

Icearth website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, part numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. External links are provided for reference; third-party sites and documents remain under their own control and terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Icearth is not liable for decisions made solely from website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
