Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company information, RFQ and BOM details, correspondence, delivery requirements and other information you voluntarily submit. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, security signals and website activity may be processed when you use the site.

Why we use it

• To receive, assess and respond to RFQs and enquiries.
• To communicate about requested sourcing services.
• To review suppliers, documentation, logistics and inspection requirements.
• To maintain website security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service issues.
• To comply with legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to review an RFQ without sufficient contact and requirement details.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with relevant suppliers, logistics or inspection providers, professional advisers and service providers supporting hosting, forms, email delivery, security and website operation. Cloudflare services, including Turnstile where enabled, may process technical and security signals. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Electronic component sourcing can involve organisations and service providers outside Hong Kong. Where information is transferred or processed elsewhere, we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to protect it and limit its use to the relevant purpose.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, sourcing relationship, dispute prevention and applicable legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and choices
