  • Damage caused by factors unrelated to product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality issues
  • Products not purchased directly from our website

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the defect or failure.
  3. Our technical team will evaluate your claim and provide further instructions.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
    • Replacement of the defective item
    • Refund (full or partial)
    • Technical support or repair guidance

Return Shipping

For approved warranty claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping (where applicable). Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return. Products returned without prior approval may be rejected.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product under warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
